Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of LEDentials, an online marketplace owned and run by LytLyf Limited, RC [RC number], of [registered address]. By using the site you agree to them.
How the marketplace works
LEDentials connects buyers with independent vendors and installers. Unless a listing says otherwise, the vendor is the seller of each product and the contract of sale is between you and that vendor. Installers provide their services independently.
Accounts
Keep your login details safe and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Buying
Prices are in naira. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the vendor accepts it. Payments are processed by Paystack or Flutterwave.
Vendors and installers
Vendors and installers must apply and be approved. They are responsible for their listings, products, services and compliance with the law. Separate partner terms will apply.
Digital products
Downloads are licensed for your own use. Download links are time-limited and you may not share or resell them.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, post false listings, infringe anyone's rights or try to get around our security.
Liability
Nothing here limits rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. To the extent the law allows, LytLyf Limited is not liable for the acts of vendors or installers, or for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
